BONEHEADBAGS may be referred to by its full registered business name, "BONEHEAD TOTES, BAGS AND OTHER COOL STUFF", its Etsy shop name, any of its social media account names, or the terms "we", "us", "our" or "it", throughout this policy notice. PAYMENT
Accepted payments in our Etsy shop:
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Sofort, Ideal and ETSY gift cards.
Accepted payments for online sales not on Etsy:
A PayPal invoice will be sent to you via email. You may pay through PayPal using any of their available payment options.
Accepted payments live:
We currently process payments live and in person through SQUARE. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal cards, debit cards, chip cards, Apple Pay and cash.
When to pay:
Please make payment at the time of purchase for live and Etsy sales, or within 7 business days of receiving a PayPal invoice.
SALES TAX
6% sales tax for Florida, USA residents
1% sales tax for Sarasota County, Florida, USA residents
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship your orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class Package services and Priority Flat Rate Services.
For other shipping and delivery options, such as UPS or FedEx, please contact us before making your purchase.
If you are making a purchase, please provide a valid street address and verify your address information is correct before submitting or completing your order.
Once your order is in the possession of any delivery service, BONEHEAD Totes, Bags & Other Cool Stuff is not responsible for:
Domestic shipping (continental United States and U.S.territories):
Packages generally arrive in 2-5 business days of shipping date for U.S. domestic delivery and a tracking number will be provided when you receive your shipping notification.
International shipping:
International deliveries are estimated at 6-20 business days, but possibly longer, depending on destination.
The U.S. customs form number for your order will be provided when you receive your shipping notification.
Customer is responsible for and customs duties, taxes, tariffs or fees.
We do not guarantee the package will arrive by the estimated delivery date, domestic or international, as it is an estimate provided by our shipping services provider.
RESHIPMENT OF UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an issue with the address you provided, we will contact you (via Etsy conversation (if applicable) or by the email address or preferredon your order) as to how you would like to proceed. You must reply within 14 days. The options are as follows:
Reshipment:
If you would like us to reship your order, you will be asked to purchase the reshipment listing that matches your original shipping (1-4 oz, 5-8 oz etc.) plus a $ .50 handling fee. Once paid, your order will be reshipped to the name and address you provide in a conversation with the shop. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge as this service was properly provided by us.
Partial refund:
If you decide that you do not want to have the order reshipped, we would be happy to provide you a partial refund on the original order. The refund will be the item purchase price paid minus a $ .50 restocking fee. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge as this service was properly provided by us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to love your BONEHEAD handmade product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may either exchange it for another item or return it for a full refund of the merchandise price. The return address is on your shipping invoice/packing slip and also visible on this site and many of our shop and social media platforms.
Most item's Etsy listings include detailed dimensions and/or detailed size information in the item description, so please read the item description and determine whether or not you may need a different size.
You will be refunded the purchase price of the merchandise only, including any sales taxes (if applicable).
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge as this service was properly provided by us.
Your refund will be the same method of payment as your purchase. No exceptions.
Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE since all aspects of the item, including, but not limited to:
size, dimensions, color, selected graphics, spelling of personalization and/or other design specifications have all been discussed,
verified and pre-approved by the customer, prior to the to completion and delivery of the custom item.
If you order hand painted shoes, BONEHEAD is not responsible if the shoes do not fit you. Please know what size you wear in that specific brand and style before placing your order.
RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify seller immediately if you need to cancel your purchase or payment.
If you cancel before item is shipped, you will receive the full transaction amount back, minus a possible 5% for restocking or relisting the item. If the item has been shipped or is in transit, you will receive a refund of the item total and sales tax (if applicable) only, after the item has been returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on cancelled orders.
FEEDBACK
Customer feedback is very important to us. It helps us provide better customer service by knowing what our customers need or expect from us. Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback. If there is a problem with your order, we would like to try to resolve any issues you may have. We strive to make our customers happy and want the entire shopping experience with us to be a good one.

THE BASICS OF OUR BELIEFS IN YOUR PRIVACY

Email marketing:
BONEHEADBAGS does not engage in email marketing campaigns.We will not contact you with marketing emails or messages unless you have subscribed via the BONEHEADBAGS.COM website, and given consent to receive such communications. We do not spam you with an onslaught of mass marketing and sales pitches. (The owner personally has a really strong dislike for such marketing ploys and does not wish to bombard customers with such annoyances.) We concentrate on our reputation for quality products and happy customers, not how to fill up your inbox. Occasionally we announce a special sale or live event, but even that type of notification is more frequently posted on our social media accounts. And, at the moment, any notifications you receive about items left in your Etsy shopping cart are sent by Etsy.
Other Contact:
We may contact you to confirm information such as shipping address verification, size, color scheme, fabrics, features and other details for custom orders. We also only contact you via the communication method you originally used contacted us, unless otherwise requested by you, the buyer. Example: If you used an Etsy conversation to reach out to us, then this is how we reply. If you emailed us, we reply via email, etc, unless you notify us of a new preferred method of communication.

You do not have to register with BONEHEADBAGS.COM to view our products and services. We currently do not have a shopping cart on this and do not need to collect information.
